Booking
Booking Process: By booking our automated meal maker device, you agree to pay a booking fee so to secure the device before it comes to market but after pre-orders. The booking fee is fully refundable or will be adjusted when you purchase the device later.
Payment: When all the pre-orders have been fulfilled, people in the booking que will be given the opportunity to pay the remaining balance of purchase price to buy the device.
Pre-Order Conditions
Pre-Order Process: By pre-ordering our automated meal maker device, you agree to pay the specified pre-order price for the product.
Delivery in Batches: The automated meal maker device will be manufactured and delivered in batches. Your pre-order secures your place in the queue based on the batch schedule outlined by VYKY.
Availability: Please note that pre-ordering the device does not guarantee immediate availability. The device will be made available to customers based on the completion of pre-order batches.
Estimated Delivery: We will provide an estimated delivery date for your batch of pre-orders. However, this date is subject to change due to manufacturing, logistical, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes.
Payment: Payment for pre-orders will be processed at the time of pre-order, not at the time of shipment. Your payment secures your place in the pre-order queue.
Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time before the shipment of your batch. A 30% restocking/cancellation fee applies.
Market Availability: After fulfilling pre-orders, and bookings, the automated meal maker device will be made available for purchase to the general public.
Changes and Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our service after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
VYKY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the automated meal maker device.
