These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myvyky.com and the purchase of SAMM products from MyVyky Ltd ("MyVyky", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.


1. About MyVyky

MyVyky Ltd is a company registered in New Zealand. SAMM (Smart Automatic Meal Maker) is our flagship product. We operate myvyky.com as the official e-commerce and information platform for SAMM products. Our registered contact number is +64 027 366 0999.

2. Pre-Orders

SAMM is currently available as a pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

  • Your payment is processed immediately at the time of order via Stripe.
  • SAMM is a pre-release product. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics circumstances.
  • You will receive email updates as your order progresses toward fulfilment.
  • You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the product has been shipped. Contact us to initiate a cancellation.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Local currency estimates shown on the site are for reference only and may vary based on exchange rates.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
  • Taxes and duties may apply depending on your shipping destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping

  • SAMM ships worldwide. Free shipping is included on all pre-orders.
  • Shipping times will vary by destination. Estimated delivery windows will be communicated once production is confirmed.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Pre-orders: Full refund available at any time before the product is shipped. Contact us to request a cancellation.
  • Delivered products: If your SAMM arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Change of mind: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on delivered units. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

6. Product Use & Safety

  • SAMM is designed for domestic and light professional kitchen use. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than cooking food.
  • Follow all safety instructions included in the product manual. Keep out of reach of unsupervised children under the age of 8.
  • Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble the unit. Doing so may void your warranty and create safety hazards.
  • MyVyky is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow safety instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on myvyky.com — including text, images, logos, videos, and software — is the property of MyVyky Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. "SAMM" and "MyVyky" are trademarks of MyVyky Ltd.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on myvyky.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyVyky's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and pre-order service are provided "as is". While we take care to ensure accuracy of product descriptions and specifications, these may change as the product develops prior to release. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our site uses third-party services including Stripe (payments) and the SAMM Portal app. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
